Deputy Director

Kristin Aguilera is the Museum's deputy director. She also runs the communications department and has been the editor of Financial History magazine since 1997.

Howard A. Baker has been in the securities industry for more than 40 years. Following a lengthy career at the American Stock Exchange, he now heads his own firm, Howard Baker Associates. He has served on the Financial History editorial board since 1999.

Lawrence A. Cunningham is a prolific author and professor with expertise in the areas of corporate finance, governance and value investing. He has served on the Financial History editorial board since 2016 and on the Museum's Board of Trustees since 2019.

Peter C. Earle is the director of economics and economic freedom and senior research fellow at the American Institute for Economic Research (AIER). He has been a member of the Financial History editorial board since 2022.

Brian Grinder is a professor in the Department of Management at Eastern Washington University. He has served on the Financial History editorial board since 2001 and is the co-author of its “Educators’ Perspective” column.

Mark J. Higgins is the author of Investing in U.S. Financial History and a senior vice president at Index Fund Advisors. He has been a member of the Financial History editorial board since 2024 and is a guest curator of three of the Museum's exhibits in Boston.

Research Associate

Gregory DL Morris, principal of Enterprise & Industry Historic Research, has served as a guest curator for two of the Museum’s exhibits. He is an editorial board member and frequent contributor to Financial History magazine. In 2025, he joined the Museum staff as a research associate.
