The Occupy Wall Street movement marched over to 48 Wall St. last week and stopped in at the Museum of American Finance to make a point about the devastation of foreclosures. But if media interviews are at all accurate, many of them hopefully stayed behind to educate themselves and take in "Checks and Balances," a new exhibit that focuses on five presidents—George Washington, Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Delano Roosevelt—and how they dealt with the economic challenges of their day.
