Jamee Lubkemann has over 20 years of experience in marketing and strategy, general management and customer experience across several industries, most notably consumer and commercial financial services, as well as nutrition and travel. She is currently the Head of Integrated Marketing Strategy for SVB, responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution across all of our client segments and global products. Prior to this expanded role, she was the Head of Product Marketing, as well as the Director of Business Strategy for Global Payments within the Commercial Bank.
Prior to joining SVB, Jamee was EVP, Head of Consumer Banking for Amalgamated Bank, responsible for the overall strategy for the Consumer Bank and managed a diverse set of teams, including retail and online banking, mortgage lending, investments and new business development. Over her career, she has managed complicated P&Ls, worked in global lines of business, including B2B and B2C, and has experience working with delicate, external partner relationships. As General Manager of American Express’ online savings portfolio, Personal Savings, she helped grow the business from $15Bn to $31Bn+ in 5 years, managing an array of teams including marketing (acquisition, branding, account management) customer experience, business analytics, operations and risk. She has also held roles at Citi, Altria and Omnicom Group.
Jamee holds her Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and her MBA from The Wharton School. She has been a member of the Museum's Communications Advisory Panel since 2023.
