Join the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business for a lunchtime fireside chat featuring Sally Spooner, recently appointed chair of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals’ (ASPCA) board of directors, and ASPCA President/CEO Matthew Bershadker. Founded in 1866, the ASPCA has emerged as one of the most effective and venerable nonprofit organizations in the world. Serving as the chairperson, Spooner will join Donna Rapaccioli, dean of the Gabelli School of Business, to explore the history and mission of the ASPCA, lessons in leadership from the C-suite, and how the ASPCA pivoted during the COVID-19 public health crisis to care for pets and their owners.
