Mitti Liebersohn

Mitti Liebersohn is chairman and CEO of Tri State Brokerage at Savills, where he works with the firm's market and regional leaders on business development, recruiting, revenue growth and strategic industry relationships. Over more than four decades in commercial real estate, he has helped shape many of New York's most significant transactions and developments, overseeing the leasing of millions of square feet on behalf of tenants and landlords alike.

Before joining Savills, Mitti served as president and managing director of Avison Young's New York City office, where the team more than doubled in size and grew revenue by 200% under his leadership. Earlier, he was vice chairman at both Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing national account portfolios and building agencies.

A past chair of the board of governors of the Young Men's/Women's Real Estate Association of New York and recipient of REBNY's Young Real Estate Man of the Year Award, Mitti currently serves on the advisory board of the Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute at Baruch College. He is president of the American Friends of Rabin Medical Center, sits on the Chairman's Council of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York and has served on the Museum of American Finance's Board of Trustees since 2018.
