Carmen Knoll

Carmen Knoll is Head of Client Engagement and Marketing for Citi Markets and Securities Services in North America. In this role, she is responsible for leading revenue-driving marketing strategies for institutional asset management clients in North America as well as various thought-leadership programs in EMEA and APAC.

Prior to this role, Ms. Knoll was Global Head of Marketing for Citi Private Client Solutions where she created revenue-driving marketing programs for retail intermediaries including private banks, consumer banks, broker dealers, asset managers, wholesalers, family offices and Registered Independent Advisors. Ms. Knoll is an insightful marketing leader with over 23 years of experience creating and executing marketing strategies in the financial services, technology and advertising sectors.

She holds a Masters Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Hofstra University. She is a member of the Museum's Communications Executives Advisory Panel.
