Annual MoAF Gala
2021 Gala Honoring Roger W. Ferguson, Jr. and Brian Moynihan Monday, February 22, 2021 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
The Museum honored the achievements of Roger Ferguson, Brian Moynihan and Richard Sylla at its 2021 Gala on February 22. This year’s Gala was held virtually with CNBC Senior Markets Correspondent Bob Pisani and “WealthTrack” Executive Producer and Managing Editor Consuelo Mack serving as masters of ceremony. Other speakers included Marc Benioff, Jamie Dimon and Niall Ferguson, as well as co-hosts Peter Cohen and David Cowen.

In this talk, award-winning author George Szpiro will give examples of mathematical paradoxes and psychological conundrums that have led to advancements in economic science. He will challenge the audience with questions about how to make decisions and, thereby, show how people who believe themselves to be rational can be led astray.
