Fall 2023 MFA Scholarship Recipients

The Museum is proud to announce that Krish Bhandari, James Henry Cornell, Amin Ibrahim, Luna Vilarino and Yuting Zou have earned merit scholarships as top achievers in the Fall 2023 semester of the Museum Finance Academy. 

The MFA is a FREE five session personal finance certificate course for 11th and 12th graders with the goal of teaching students to aspire to financial independence through developing an appreciation for savings, establishing financial goals and learning to avoid scams. The Museum is deeply appreciative of Con Edison’s generous sponsorship of this program.

In A Monetary and Fiscal History of the United States, 1961–2021, Blinder draws on his deep firsthand experience to provide an authoritative account of 60 years of monetary and fiscal policy in the United States.

Thank you to everyone who supported the Museum as we honored the achievements of Robert Arnott, Vincent Viola, Mark Shenkman and Carol Loomis at our 2023 Gala on March 13. This year's Gala resumed as an in-person event, after two years of virtual Galas. CNBC Senior Markets Correspondent Bob Pisani and “WealthTrack” Executive Producer and Managing Editor Consuelo Mack served as masters of ceremony.

Virtual Retirement Series


Retirement A to Z: Financial Education Series for Adults

Join the Museum, in partnership with the New York Public Library’s Thomas Yoseloff Business Center, for a FREE eight-part series on Retirement Planning. These programs are designed to introduce participants to the many possible sources of retirement income and resources to help them secure their finances for the future. The series is held every Tuesday at noon from January 24 through March 14.
