Retirement A to Z: Financial Education Series for Adults
Tuesday, March 14, 2023 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM

Join the Museum, in partnership with the New York Public Library’s Thomas Yoseloff Business Center, for a FREE eight-part series on Retirement Planning. These programs are designed to introduce participants to the many possible sources of retirement income and resources to help them secure their finances for the future. The series is held every Tuesday at noon from January 24 through March 14.

"The Enduring Value of Roger Murray" Panel Featuring Paul Johnson, Paul Sonkin, Mario Gabelli and Leon Cooperman

Join us for an in-person event on The Enduring Value of Roger Murray, a new book by Paul Johnson and Paul Sonkin. Roger Murray (1911–1998) was a crucial figure in the history of value investing as the successor to the legendary Benjamin Graham as professor of securities analysis at Columbia Business School, where he mentored a generation of students. Johnson and Sonkin will discuss Murray’s work and enduring influence with two of his most successful students, Mario Gabelli and Leon Cooperman.

This event is free for MoAF members and supporters; $25 for non-members. Registration is required and space is limited. Register today.

Alan Blinder on "A Monetary and Fiscal History of the United States, 1961-2021"

Alan Blinder, one of the world’s most influential economists and one of the field’s best writers, discusses his latest book, in conversation with renowned economic historian and former MoAF Chairman Richard Sylla. In A Monetary and Fiscal History of the United States, 1961–2021, Blinder draws on his deep firsthand experience to provide an authoritative account of 60 years of monetary and fiscal policy in the United States.

Thank you to everyone who supported the Museum as we honored the achievements of Robert Arnott, Vincent Viola, Mark Shenkman and Carol Loomis at our 2023 Gala on March 13. This year's Gala resumed as an in-person event, after two years of virtual Galas. CNBC Senior Markets Correspondent Bob Pisani and “WealthTrack” Executive Producer and Managing Editor Consuelo Mack served as masters of ceremony.
