Financial Education for Teens

Registration is now open for the Fall 2026 semester of the Museum Finance Academy (MFA). Enrollment is free and open to all high school juniors and seniors. Space is limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. No prior knowledge of finance, business or economics is required. 

Classes are held virtually over Zoom, making the program accessible to students anywhere in the country. Students who attend all five classes receive a certificate of completion—and the top achievers in each session are awarded merit scholarships ranging from $500 to $1,000.

Family Fun

The Museum has launched a rewards program for participants in its in-person exhibit scavenger hunt. Visitors of all ages who complete the scavenger hunt of the seven MoAF Boston exhibits will receive a voucher for a buy one, get one free ice cream, courtesy of our new neighbor, Salt & Straw.

Both the Museum and Salt & Straw are located on Commonwealth Pier in the Boston Seaport (200 Seaport Blvd). Offer valid while supplies last.
