Randolph DelFranco is a Partner at Holland & Knight LLP who practices in the areas of corporate, public and tribal finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions and investment management funds. He has extensive experience in high-yield privately-placed debt offerings, IPO and secondary equity offerings, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, tender offers and other Securities Act and Exchange Act matters, and significant experience representing Indian tribes. As bond counsel and underwriters' counsel, he has worked on long-term bond financings totaling over $25 billion.
Mr. DelFranco holds a BA from Fordham University and a JD from University of Michigan Law School. He serves on the Holland & Knight Foundation board and has been a member of the Museum's Board of Trustees since 2014.
